What We Do

We ignite systems of collaboration, leadership and continuous learning among school districts, government agencies and community-based organization serving low-income children and youth. We do this by supporting community school, after school and summer partnerships through training, assessment, planning, policy and advocacy.

“…children need times and places in their lives where the adult agenda is modest, if not held at bay; where the emotional temperature is low, and acceptance is generous; where learning is self-directed, experiential, and structured to be enjoyable; where talents can be identified; and where possible identities can be explored without risk of failure or ridicule.” – Robert Halpern, Erikson Institute
