Five years ago, seven brave school districts set out to create more positive, engaging, and consistent learning environments across the school day, afterschool, and summer. Partnership for Children & Youth launched Expanded Learning 360/365, a professional learning community designed to help these districts improve and align social-emotional learning strategies across the school day and expanded learning. Their experiences offer real-world examples for districts and policymakers working to transform education.

On October 30, Partnership for Children & Youth and EdSource co-hosted a conference to discuss how change happens and explore the implications for California education system.
