What it Takes to Build Workforce Pathways

Learn how a collaborative partnership launched an apprenticeship program to address recruitment and retention challenges, and promote economic mobility and career advancement to ensure the workforce reflects the diversity of youth served in expanded learning programs. The program includes free college coursework and an AA degree, on-the-job training and work experience with clear salary increases, and wrap-around supports to create more full-time, benefited employment opportunities for early career youth workers.
